Process Description:

2. After receiving the customer's troubleshooting call, the service engineer can communicate and guide by telephone, and give preliminary solutions to the problems;
3. If the problem is not solved by telephone communication, arrange the engineer to provide on-site service or inform the customer to send it to the designated maintenance point for maintenance according to the situation;
4. The customer should provide the following information when applying for repair: contact person, contact information, contact address, machine model, number and fault phenomenon;
5. After the problem is solved, there are designated follow-up personnel to follow up and maintain the working condition of on-site machines, ensure the production efficiency of customers, and conduct service satisfaction survey to further improve the service quality.
